The CZM EK125HH Hydraulic Hammer Pile Driving Rig is driving sound wall test piles in this video. The test piles are 40-foot-long concrete piles, and they were load tested by setting a 32,000-pound weight on top of the pile without movement. They were side-load tested at 7,500 pounds without movement. The side-load test of 12,000 lbs showed movement of less than 1/8″.
This piling rig is built by CZM Foundation Equipment on a CAT 320EL Tier IV Base. It’s made in the USA and can load on a single truck. It can deliver anywhere from 8,000 to 32,000 foot-pounds of energy per blow.
