President
Kristin Bauer, president, graduated from Syracuse University in 2004. She joined the company in 2006 and handles most of the sales and rentals. She is well versed in side clamp vibratory hammers, pile driving and drilling rigs and is an excellent resource to discuss your upcoming job.
vice president
Devin Sheehan worked in management and customer service for 17 years before joining the team in 2020. Working in a variety of roles for almost two decades has allowed her to build a solid foundation to move into a key role at RPI. She takes pride in her organizational skills and ability to multitask, which will allow her to work through any obstacles the job may throw her way.
Partner
Ryan Delargey studied engineering and economics at the Pennsylvania State University. He joined the team after graduating in 2008. He handles the finances, marketing, and technology for the company as well as helping with sales and rentals. He is a real estate investor and an avid golfer.
FOUNDER
Bernie Delargey graduated from Temple University in 1975 where he studied geology and geography. He was involved in the foundation and marine construction industry for over 40 years. During this time, he served as president and board member of the Delaware Valley Associated Equipment Distributors. He started working at Rush and Parker, Inc. in 1995 as a salesman. He became a partner of the corporation in 1999 and acquired full ownership in 2006. Bernie retired in 2017 and enjoys his time in Florida with his wife on his boat.
Equipment and Facilities Manager
Tom Peterson, equipment and facilities manager, graduated as salutatorian from Camden County Vocational and Technical School where he majored in automotive. He is well experienced in hydraulics, electrical, welding and fabrication through his continuing education both on the job and in the classroom. These skills allow him to mentor newer techs at the company as well as anticipating the service and maintenance needs on our diverse rental fleet. He serves as an effective leader and role model to the entire staff. When he is not working, he is a street rod enthusiast and enjoys camping and wood working.
Service Manager
Tom Cannon, service manager, works closely with our customers and service team alike to provide excellent service and a pleasant experience. He values ongoing education and hard work to ensure our equipment goes out in top condition. He works to help our team continue to adapt and stay on the leading edge of the ever-changing equipment we offer. He takes pride in a job well done. In his free time he enjoys spending time with family and designing his own electronics.
