Bernard C. Delargey


Bernard C. Delargey, president, graduated from Temple University in 1975 where he studied geology and geography. He has been in the industry for 36 years and has served as president and board member of the Delaware Valley Associated Equipment Distributors. He started working at Rush and Parker, Inc in 1995 as a salesman. He became a partner of the corporation in 1999 and acquired complete ownership in 2006. He started RPI Equipment, LLC in 2012 as it operates today. Bernard serves as a knowledge database for the company’s customers and employees as well as an operations executive.


Kristin Bauer

Vice President

Kristin Bauer, vice president, graduated from Syracuse University in 2004. She joined the company in 2006 and handles most of the sales and rentals. She is well versed in side clamp vibratory hammers, pile driving and drilling rigs and is an excellent resource to discuss your upcoming job.


Ryan Delargey

Vice President

Ryan Delargey, vice president, studied engineering and economics at Penn State. He joined the team after graduating in 2009. In conjunction with his duties as a salesman, he oversees the finances and technology for the company including web marketing. He is an avid golfer and real estate investor. 


Tom Peterson

Service Manager

Tom Peterson, service manager, graduated as salutatorian from Camden County Vocational and Technical School where he majored in automotive. He is well experienced in hydraulics, electrical, welding and fabrication through his continuing education both on-the-job and in the classroom. These skills allow him to mentor newer techs at the company as well as efficiently troubleshoot our most technologically advanced equipment. He serves as an effective leader and role model to the entire staff. When he is not working, he is a street rod enthusiast and enjoys camping and wood working.
