The ICE I8V2 is a small diesel hammer that is capable of delivering between 14,465 foot pounds and 20,675 foot pounds of striking energy per blow to the pile depending on fuel pump setting. The operating weight of the hammer is 6,065 pounds and the ram weight is 1,764 pounds. Based on a general rule of thumb, this hammer is capable of driving a pile that weighs up to 7,000 lbs. It guides installed to fit in 32” U-shaped box pile leads.
